The Ministry of Health and Population said that non-communicable diseases include diabetes, tumors, respiratory diseases, and cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, spokesman for the Ministry of Health, revealed 7 important tips to protect once morest infection with non-communicable diseases, which are:

1- Adhere to the instructions of the treating physician

2- Exercise regularly

3- Receive anti-disease vaccines

4- Breastfeeding reduces the chance of breast cancer in women

7- Stay away from foods full of sugars, salts, and unhealthy fats.
