Vienna / Moscow – Raiffeisen Bank International and the insurance group Uniqa are separating from their Russian insurance subsidiary Raiffeisen Life. As the two companies announced on Thursday, an agreement on the sale of the joint venture had been reached with the Russian insurance company Renaissance Life. The deal is still subject to official approvals. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
