– On Monday, the Sverdlovsk region will be located on the northwestern periphery of the cyclone leaving the Trans-Urals. On Tuesday, warmer air propagating along the northern part of the anticyclone will reach the Middle Urals. Tuesday night will be still cold, with ground frost likely in the central and western parts of the region. During the day, the air temperature will exceed +20 in almost the entire region, writes Alexey Pulin.
