EA appears to be planning to do more Need for Speed, at least if the voice actors’ recent statements are to be believed. Now-deleted Instagram and Twitter posts by actor Simone Bailly revealed that Need for Speed: Most Wanted (the original 2005 version, not Criterion’s 2012 version) was in the works, Eurogamer reported. The post says “Need for Speed: Most Wanted remake will be released in 2024”, as to how we know it will be the 2005 version that is being remade, that’s because Bailly pointed out that she will reprise her role as the “sidekick” of lead Sergeant Jonathan Cross , this character is called Officer Turf. Since EA hasn’t announced anything official yet, we do need to take this information with a grain of salt, even though a quick deletion of the posts may have affirmed some of their veracity.
