A US appeals court on Friday upheld two earlier patent court rulings in favor of Masimo in its intellectual property dispute with Apple over blood oxygen sensors installed in the new Apple Watch models.
The rulings from the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit address the findings of the Patent and Trademark Office and come as Apple separately fights to overturn a ban on imports of the U.S. Apple Watch imposed by the Commission of international trade.
