The deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria, Oleg Gorinov, announced on Wednesday that the US forces are violating the US-Russian memorandum on the safety of the two countries’ warplanes in Syria.
Oleg Gorinov said US Air Force pilots were violating the no-engagement order in Syria. Pointing out that they activate the weapon systems when they approach Russian Air Force planes. According to what was reported by the agency “Ria Novosti”.
He added, “US Air Force pilots continue to activate weapon systems when approaching Russian Air Force planes that are conducting scheduled flights in eastern Syria.”
The Russian official said that the continued serious violations of the memorandums of deconfliction and the bilateral memorandum on air safety in Syria by the so-called “international coalition” led by the United States.
