Valapatnam: The 49th Annual General Body Meeting of the Town Sports Club was held at the Club Auditorium. President T.V. Abdul Majeed Haji presided. The meeting decided to mark 2023 as the golden jubilee year of the club with various events. Prior to this, the A.K. Kunhimayan Haji Samaraka Gold Cup All India Sevens Football Tournament has been decided to be held in Valapatnam Panchayat Mini Stadium in the last week of January.
