After the series of attacks on homeless people in Vienna last summer, a 17-year-old Viennese turned himself in to the police on Monday and admitted the crimes. The boy was taken to the Leyserstrasse inspection in Penzing, said Gerhard Winkler, head of the investigative service of the Vienna State Criminal Police Office, at a press conference on Tuesday. A 56-year-old and a 55-year-old were killed and a 51-year-old was injured in the knife attacks on sleeping homeless people.
