Le Fouquet’s at the Casino Barrière in Toulouse welcomes chef Pierre Gagnaire for an exceptional dinner Thursday evening. With Loïc Muller, chef of the Casino’s kitchens, they are concocting a 5-course menu just for the occasion.

The menu features new products such as blue lobster with liquorice, but also signature dishes such as the Gaya oyster in which shellfish is combined with banana. The event allows loyal customers of the Toulouse establishment to enjoy the chef’s gastronomy for 169 euros. But before delighting the taste buds of the 130 guests, this dinner also has a stimulating dimension for the kitchen teams. The presence and wise advice of the three-star chef inspire, motivate and strengthen the Fouquet’s brigade, thus ensuring a renewed dynamic for the months to come.

This collaboration is also beneficial for the triple-starred: “It’s a special moment of sharing. I also benefit from the dynamism and creativity of this team to perfect these creations” he smiles before joining the brigade in the kitchen for the final adjustments. The funds raised during the dinner will be donated to the Atout Cœur association, which helps Malagasy children.
