The scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand announced a strong warming in Moscow on February 13, the air temperature, according to his forecast, will warm up to 1–3 ° С. The next day the temperature will drop to 0-5°C.
The increase in air temperature on Monday will be accompanied by ice, black ice and sticking of wet snow, said TASS Mr Wilfand. After the temperature drops on Tuesday, it will drop even more from Thursday to Saturday.
“The weather will already be quite winter – at night frosts will reach 13 degrees,” the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center said, noting that this is a couple of degrees below the climatic norm.
