Within the “Visions of the City” project, east of the Prophet’s Mosque
Visions of the City Holding Company has signed an agreement with the Accor Group, the global specialized hospitality group, to operate several high-end hotels that will be developed in the Visions of the City project, which is being developed in the area east of the Prophet’s Mosque.
The agreement was signed by the CEO of “Visions of Al Madinah Holding Company”, Eng. Ahmed bin Wasl Al Juhani, CEO of the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia and the Pacific for the luxury, medium and economic brands in “Accor” and Duncan O’Rourke during the activities of (Future Hospitality Summit) from 7 to 9 May in the capital, Riyadh.
Under the agreement, Accor will operate three high-end hotels under its international brands; Fairmont, Swissotel and Novotel, to add more than 1,000 units to the hospitality sector in Madinah; With 142 units under the “Fairmont” brand, 120 units under the “Fairmont Residences” brand, 466 units under the “Swiss Hotel” brand, and 328 units under the “Novotel” brand, according to “Wass”.
