The creation of the IdentyPath platform was decided by ANSES in 2010 to respond to the public health challenges posed by infectious diseases in a cross-disciplinary approach and pooling of skills. It provides high throughput sequencing, high and medium throughput PCR methodologies for the qualitative and quantitative detection, identification, typing and molecular characterization of pathogenic microorganisms responsible for food poisoning or involved in animal health. or vegetable.
