Mayoral elections in the Russian Federation started 8 September. Polling stations are open until 22:00 Moscow time. Online voting is available from 8:00 September 8 to 19:59 September 10. Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev and State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin have already made their choice. In the first half hour, 13 thousand Muscovites cast their votes online.
