The search for the next Blonde Showgirl of the renowned satirical news program has officially kicked off. Viewers now have the chance to vote for their favorite candidate and shape the future of this iconic segment.
Tonight, the spotlight shines on Rebecca Arnone, a 22-year-old from Torino, and Miriana D’Agostino, a 24-year-old from Vimercate. Each brings their unique flair to the stage,vying for the coveted title.

The live selection process began on Monday, 13 January 2025, as the program seeks to find the blonde Velina to join Beatrice Coari, the current brunette Velina.
This initial phase, which concludes on Tuesday, 21 January, features 14 aspiring Showgirls. From Monday to Friday, two candidates perform live, and for the first time in the program’s history, viewers will decide who advances to the quarter finals, scheduled from Wednesday, 22 January, to Monday, 27 January.
Televoting is now accessible, allowing viewers to participate from home via smart TV, the Mediaset Infinity app, or by visiting www.mediasetinfinity.it. Each platform permits a maximum of one vote per user, ensuring fairness in the selection process.
To maintain the competitive spirit, a repechage will be conducted among the seven eliminated candidates. This ensures that every performer has a chance to continue the journey, adding an extra layer of excitement to the proceedings.
The four final winners will battle it out in the semi-finals on 28th and 29th January, paving their way to the grand final on Thursday, 30th January.
