It promises to be an exceptional New Year’s Eve. No, not because of the record sales of champagne, but because of a new heat record. According to our weatherman Frank Duboccage, the mercury might rise to 17 degrees on New Year’s Eve and that has never happened before. “It might be the warmest December 31 since measurements began,” he tells HLN.
