Al-Marsad Newspaper: A citizen documented a video clip circulating on social media, a tower under construction in Makkah, which needs a partner to complete the rest of the work.
The videographer said that the tower is under construction in front of the Bin Laden Mosque on the road leading to the Haram in Mecca, and it is built on an area of 5 thousand square meters, and at a cost of 420 million riyals.
And the videographer continued, that the project needs a partner with 210 million riyals, “an investment for 25 years, starting from the year 1442 AH.”
