In the video, a vehicle tire caused a car to roll on its sides several times, then stopped in the middle of the road in front of the Aramco company building on the “Dhahran-Khobar” road.
The video showed a car tire moving in the middle of the road, which led to the overturning of one of the vehicles following hitting it, and it was not clear what happened to its driver.
