Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip showed the moment a person was rescued who was stuck in the balcony of a commercial building in the northern district of Al-Khobar, following a fire broke out in Al-Khobar Governorate.
The video shows a person who came out of one of the building’s windows and hung it on the outside balcony, trying to help passers-by on the street, who rushed to rescue him.
The passers-by formed something like a ring to receive the stranded person through their gathering and receiving him following dropping himself on them, following which the civil defense teams arrived to direct the accident, put out the fire, and transported an injured person to the hospital.
