The girl served the meal that the customer requested, and then a verbal altercation occurred between them, which developed into an exchange of punches, causing the food to fall to the floor.
The customer initially tried to hit the girl, but she grabbed his clothes and punched him several times in the face, amid attempts by the rest of the employees to break up the fight.
One of the workers intervened to prevent his colleague at McDonald’s from assaulting the customer, but he failed at first, and then they were kept away from each other.
