A video clip, verified by CNN, showed the destruction of a military convoy of Russian armored personnel carriers and other vehicles for destruction on the outskirts of the capital, Kiev.
Video filmed on Sunday morning shows the Russian column moving quickly through a residential neighborhood (Bucha) on the western outskirts of the city.
Soon following, the Russian group was geolocated in close proximity, but most of the vehicles were wrecked and some flipped on their sides. There is no indication of the presence of Russian soldiers.
In one video, a man is heard swearing in Ukrainian, then saying, “They came to our land. I wish you all to burn in hell.”
