There are almost a hundred “free schools” in Austria. Most of them in Lower Austria. From autumn 2023, the Lotus School in Lochen will open its doors and move into the vacated kindergarten building. According to Albert Einstein: “Learning is experience, everything else is just information”, the school enables children to acquire experience and knowledge in a playful way.
