In the tropics we have the possible tropical cyclone #2 of the season that is located in the Caribbean Sea. This system offers no danger to South Florida nor for the Caribbean islands. This cyclone will leave numerous rains on the north coast of Venezuela, Colombia and will impact Nicaragua and Costa Rica as a strengthened tropical storm with 70 mph winds.
