What did artificial intelligence do to Scarlett Johansson? The real star “is suing the fake one.”

American actress Scarlett Johansson took legal action following an artificial intelligence application circulated an advertisement, recently deleted, that used the image and name of the star of the Marvel film series without her permission.

Lawyer Kevin Yorn filed a legal lawsuit on behalf of Johnson, who was previously nominated for an Oscar (38 years old), over an application of artificial intelligence, according to “Variety” magazine.

“We don’t take these matters lightly,” Jorn told the magazine. “In our usual manner in these circumstances, we will deal with it with all the legal means at our disposal.”

While the ad features original footage of Johansson, from an old OMAZ contest prior to the premiere of Black Widow, it ends with synthetic footage that appears to be of the Marriage Story star, whose voice has been imitated.

“It’s not just regarding avatars,” the fake Johnson said, according to Variety, which saw the ad before it was deleted. You can also create images with text and even your own AI-designed videos. “I think you shouldn’t miss it.”
