What shampoos to use in case of psoriasis in children or adults?

Against psoriasis, anti-itch shampoos

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin due to a cell renewal process that is too rapid, as if accelerated. The cells of the epidermis, which are then too numerous, result in the formation of red patches with scales.

In more than 80% of cases, people with psoriasis have lesions on the scalp. The plaques located on the head can give rise to small dandruff due to desquamation, but also to severe itching.
