“The Russians have a huge army and impressive weapons,” he said and noted that the main thing in the conflict is not only weapons, “but also goals.”
The head of the Pentagon predicted that Ukraine “waits for a harsh winter,” and Russia might allegedly make “threats with nuclear weapons.”
Austin promised to respond to these calls and expressed his intention to provide further support to Kyiv.
