Certainly salt and pepper, some cold meats. There must be horseradish! And bread with lamb, as well as eggs as a symbol of new life and return.

First of all, there will be various sausages, eggs, wine, and some flowers. There will definitely be a lot of greenery! I will arrange these flowers into bouquets myself. So the basket will be floral.

Oh, I won’t suggest it right away, because my wife mainly deals with this issue! But I know why we paint eggs. In the Christian tradition, this results from history – when Saint Mary Magdalene came to Herod, he told her that if Christ was really the messiah, the egg she was holding in her hands would turn red. And it happened! We have been dyeing them for this miracle ever since.

As usual – eggs, white sausage, cakes, salt and candies with Easter cake. I just have to admit that I will be buying the cake this year [śmieje się].

This year? Cupcakes and cookies! I don’t know, honestly. We haven’t prepared the basket yet.

We haven’t put anything in yet because we’re just passing through Wrocław. But traditionally we prepare: sour rye soup, eggs, babka – something like that.
