Who stole Farhan Saeed’s music? See in this news

Pakistan’s famous singer and actor Farhan Saeed has accused Bollywood composer Salim Merchant of stealing the music of his song.

Farhan Saeed took to social networking site Twitter to criticize Saleem Merchant for copying the music of his song.

The Pakistani singer wrote in his tweet that ‘Someone sent me Salim Merchant’s song ‘Hariya’ which is exactly a copy of my song ‘Roiyan’. They say’.

The singer further wrote that ‘If you have to ask, do it and if you don’t ask, at least do it well’.

Later, Salim Merchant responded to the criticism and wrote on Twitter that it was just a coincidence. The Indian musician said, “Farhan, I heard your song. It’s just a coincidence that the music of my song Hariya is matching your song. To be honest, I have never heard this song. Sometimes the music sounds similar, Solomon and I have a record that we never copy’.

After which Farhan Saeed wrote in his tweet that ‘if you say it will happen, but another coincidence is that our lyricists are also one’.

On this, Salim Merchant wrote that ‘Why don’t you ask them again? If I had to copy, I would have done it much earlier in my career, I wish I had listened to your song before I made mine, then I would have changed my song so that the composition sounded different from yours, I hope you will understand’.

It should be noted that Farhan Saeed’s song Ruiyan was released in 2014, the lyricist of which was Kumar. While Salim Merchant’s song Hariya has come out this month.
