Vienna – Wien Energie GmbH had massive liquidity problems in 2022, and the city of Vienna had to help it with emergency loans – but business was excellent, and a profit before tax of 226 million euros was achieved in the first three quarters, following 147 Million euros in 2021. This is what the news magazine “profil” reports in its current issue. At EUR 3.3 billion, sales exceeded the annual sales for 2021 following just three quarters.
