Wild Boar Attack in Rue Pré aux Fourneaux: Hunter Injured and Animal Shot Down

While participating in a hunt in the woods located near rue Pré aux Fourneaux in Aywaille, a hunter was charged by a wild boar.

The man was seriously injured and transported, shortly following 10 a.m., to the Sart-Tilman University Hospital.

The animal, for its part, paid with its life for its act of resistance, since it was shot down by other hunters who came to the rescue.

Informed, the police from the Secova area went to the site to observe the facts.
