Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death among women in France and worldwide (75,000 deaths per year).
The Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes foundation created the Women’s Heart Bus. It will stop from October 11 to 13 in Rouen, in front of the Town Hall.
The objective is to receive all Rouennaises upon registration to raise their awareness, inform them and carry out preventive examinations on cardiovascular diseases.
A 10-step screening will be offered to them free of charge upon registration to detect cardiovascular and metabolic warning symptoms, assess cardiovascular and metabolic risks, and addiction. Gynecology will also be covered.
