Worrying disappearance of a 36-year-old woman in Candiac

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 36-year-old woman from Hemmingford who was last seen more than a month ago, in Candiac, on the South Shore of Montreal.

Joëlle Côté has been missing since February 1.

She was last seen wearing a black mid-length coat and tall black fur-trimmed boots.

Ms. Côté is 1.70 meters (5 ft 7 in) tall and weighs 65 kg (145 lb). She has blond brown hair and blue eyes.

According to the authorities, Joëlle Côté might be in Candiac or elsewhere in Quebec.

Those close to him have “reason to fear” for his health and safety.

Anyone with information regarding this disappearance is invited to contact Detective Sergeant Lefebvre of the Roussillon police at 450 638-0911 ext. 434.
