AUSTIN, Texas – the No. 2 University of Texas Volleyball team continued its impressive form, securing a victory against the Oklahoma Sooners in a compelling four-set match on saturday. The Longhorns triumphed with scores of 25-23, 25-19, 24-26, and 25-14, extending their dominance over Oklahoma, having won ten of their last eleven encounters.

The match witnessed a standout performance in serving, as Texas registered a season-high 11 aces. Senior Emma Halter led the charge with four aces, tying her personal best. This strong serving performance significantly contributed to the team’s momentum and ultimately, their success.

Freshman Abby Vander Wal and junior Torrey Stafford showcased exceptional offensive prowess, combining for an impressive 32 kills.
