The actress, Laila Elwi, was born to an Egyptian father named “Ahmed Ali Elwi” who used to work in a tourism company, and the mother had a Greek nationality called “Stella” and she was working in the field of media.
Laila Elwi’s parents separated when she was only 9 years old, but her psyche was not affected by the separation of her parents, as her Greek mother, Stella, was able to raise her following her separation from her father, Ahmed.
And the actress, Laila Alawi, studied from a young age in a French school, and she and her sister used to go to cinemas from a young age, and from here was the beginning of Laila’s artistic career when she was a 7-year-old girl.
