The event, held to celebrate the young talents, saw the governor awarding scholarship certificates to ten exceptional students in the field of culture and arts.

Scholarship Details and Recipients

The scholarship, titled “Young Talents,” offers a monthly stipend of five thousand rubles, paid from September to May. This financial support is designed to aid students enrolled in additional cultural and artistic education. Ten gifted children from various art schools across the region received the scholarship, including students from Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk, and Cherdaklinsky district.

Boldin’s Autumn.”

Cultural Forum and Creative Industries School

In addition to the scholarships, twelve gifted children were selected to attend a children’s cultural forum in Moscow from August 21 to 23. The forum aims to support young talents by providing opportunities for interaction with leading cultural figures and state officials, and to develop creative projects. Participants will engage in lectures, masterclasses, and workshops across various artistic domains, including choreography, cinema, theater, music, and fine arts.

The School of Creative Industries

The event also featured an introduction to the School of Creative Industries (SCI), a project funded by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation as part of the federal initiative “Invented in Russia.” Established in Ulyanovsk in 2022, the SCI offers two-year training programs for students aged 12 to 17 in popular creative fields. Applications for the 2025–2026 academic year are currently open until July 10.
