A twenty-year-old young woman lost her life in Diepenbeek (Limburg) following being hit by a car during the night from Friday to Saturday.
The victim was struck around 12:45 a.m. while crossing the Nieuwstraat in Diepenbeek. She died on the spot. The driver continued on his way but reported to local police on Saturday morning.
The judicial police laboratory and an automobile expert went to the scene. An investigation is underway.
