The daughter of the Lebanese actress, Haifa Wehbe, Zainab Fayyad, denied being persecuted in Kuwait, where she resides.
Zainab Fayyad absolved her responsibility for the post that was circulated, denying it had happened, and said through her own account on the social networking site: “I disclaim responsibility for anything published in other than my only and official account.” She added: “Kuwait is my second monastery and the country of security and safety in which I am proud to live. May God bless her with blessings, the blessing of Kuwait.”
It was reported that Zainab was assaulted by a person who hit her on the lower back and chased her with his car and photographed her using his mobile phone.
