ZF intends to take a 50 percent stake in the Qorix subsidiary of KPIT Technologies, an independent software development and integration partner for the automotive and mobility industry. Both companies are already linked by a development partnership. The joint venture that will then be set up will continue to develop and sell independent middleware solutions. Active cooperation with selected vehicle manufacturers, suppliers and technology companies has already begun. Official approvals are still pending. (awm)
