According to previous findings from the Zurich City Police, the Flexity tram on line 2 drove from Letzigrund towards Albisriederplatz at 7:30 p.m. At Norastrasse, a pedestrian crossed Badenerstrasse and the tram tracks in the direction of Norastrasse. “The 21-year-old woman was hit by the tram traveling into the city and seriously injured. After receiving initial medical care from the paramedics from Schutz & Rescue Zurich on site, she had to be taken to the hospital in critical condition,” writes the Zurich city police in a media release.
Specialists from the Accident Technical Service of the Zurich City Police were deployed to provide comprehensive photographic, dimensional and material evidence.
