North Korea claims that the number of new fever cases suspected of being infected with COVID-19 has reached 60,000 for two days in a row.
The North Korean National Emergency Response Command announced that over 6,730 cases of fever occurred nationwide from 6 pm on the 5th to 24 hours.
As a result, the cumulative number of patients with fever since the end of April was 4,198,890.
North Korea did not disclose statistics related to the death toll, and the cumulative death toll was 71 as of the 3rd.
