Very bad news in the world of ice hockey. Columbus Blue Jackets forward, Johnny Gaudreaudied yesterday with his brother Matthew. The two men were victims of a traffic accident. They were indeed mowed down by a vehicle while out cycling. They were both in New Jersey to attend their sister Katie’s wedding, scheduled for Friday in Philadelphia.
Johnny Gaudreau had just celebrated his 31st birthday. He had been playing in the NHL since the 2013/14 season, notably for Calgary and Columbus for the past two seasons.
