Japanese Prime Minister Kishida immediately protested against North Korea’s missile provocations, saying it was unacceptable.
China has shown a principled response that dialogue should resolve each other’s concerns in a balanced way.

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida heard of North Korean provocations on the way to work.

The National Security Council (NSC) was convened about two hours after North Korea launched a ballistic missile.
North Korea has accused North Korea of firing a missile across the Northern Limit Line (NLL) as an act of significantly increasing tensions in the region.
He also expressed concern about the possibility of further provocations, including a seventh nuclear test.
He said that he had made a strict protest to North Korea through the embassy in China.
China repeated the principled answer to the YTN question about rising military tensions on the Korean Peninsula that it should be resolved through dialogue.

Earlier, Chinese state media warned that the joint South Korea-U.S. air exercises could lead to an unpredictable response from North Korea.
Kim Jong-un has exchanged congratulatory messages before and after Xi Jinping’s third term in office, consolidating a strategic cooperative relationship between North Korea and China.
As the military response between the two Koreas intensifies, it seems that South Korea-China relations will also be put to the test.
