During the presidential election, President Yoon Seok-yeol promised that if he had a 0-year-old child, he would give his parents a monthly salary of 1 million won.
This system will be introduced next year, and the amount will be slightly reduced to 700,000 won.
Instead, a 1-year-old infant is also added to the target and paid 350,000 won per month.
From next year, as promised, 0-year-olds will increase to 1 million won per month and 1-year-olds to 500,000 won per month.
This year, the amount of Infant Allowance, which is paid by 300,000 won per month to 0 and 1 year olds, will increase and change to the name of parental benefit.

The standard of payment for catastrophic medical expenses that can be received when suffering from a disease that cannot be covered by income will be relaxed and the amount will be expanded to a maximum of KRW 50 million.
Support for essential medical care will also be expanded so that a tragedy such as the death of a nurse at Asan Hospital does not recur.
We plan to strengthen compensation by introducing a public policy fee for medical and surgery, which are avoided due to high risk, such as craniotomy for cerebral aneurysm, or are vulnerable due to reduced demand for children and childbirth.
