According to the legal community on the 13th, the Seoul Western District Court issued an arrest warrant for Park’s older brother (52), who is accused of embezzlement under the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Economic Crimes, on the afternoon of the afternoon, saying, “I am concerned about destroying evidence and running away.”
After establishing a management corporation with his wife, Park’s older brother is accused of embezzling performance fees, etc., without keeping promises to share profits.
Park Soo-hong filed a complaint with the prosecution in April last year, claiming that her brother and her husband embezzled corporate funds and used the appearance fee for personal living expenses without permission. Park’s side claimed that his brother and his wife embezzled a total of 11.6 billion won.
The Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office requested an arrest warrant for Park’s older brother on the 8th.
In addition to the criminal complaint, Park also filed a claim for damages worth 8.6 billion won against his brother and his wife in June of last year.
