Kourtney Kardashian is in new mom bliss with 2-month-old baby Rocky, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have time for her other kids, including her stepdaughter Alabama Barker, 18. The Lemme founder shared a public message for the social media star on Instagram today, and it gives a rare insight into their relationship.
As a recap, when Kardashian married Travis Barker in May 2022, she became stepmom to his three children: Alabama, Landon Barker, 20, and Atiana De La Hoya, 24, who he shares with ex Shanna Moakler. These three and Kardashian’s three kids — Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9, with ex Scott Disick — all attended their parents’ wedding in Italy. Alabama apparently had a wonderful time celebrating her new blended family, because she shared throwback photos of her time there today.

“Italy I miss you ????,” she wrote on Instagram. Alabama also shared several photos of the vacay, including shots of her tanning on a boat, a selfie of her making a kissy face with her dad, a boat ride with Kardashian and Barker, and the aftermath of a shopping trip to Louis Vuitton. In other words, a dream getaway!
The Kardashians star commented on the photos, writing, “I’m taking you back!! ????”
How sweet is that? It looks like Kardashian and Alabama are pretty close for them to be planning a trip to Italy together. Since she wouldn’t have a wedding to coordinate, Kardashian could spend more time soaking up the sun, shopping, and site-seeing with her stepdaughter (those evil stepmom allegations will never reach her!).

Alabama isn’t shy about how much she loves Kardashian. Back in April 2023, Alabama wrote a sweet message for the POOSH founder’s 44th birthday. “Happy birthday Kourt,” she wrote on her Instagram story, per PEOPLE. “You’re the best stepmom I could ask for, you are so caring and generous for others, you are such a family person and such a hard-working mom.”
“Even if you don’t feel good or had a hard day, you always put your family first,” she continued. “You have such a beautiful aura, I wouldn’t want another step mom.”
And when Alabama turned 18 in Dec. 2023, Kardashian gifted her a beautiful diamond necklace and wrote on her Instagram story, per Hello Magazine“You’re such a blessing in my life @alabamaluellabarker happy birthday! ❤️”
