I looked out the window – I didn’t see anything, when I went out into the street, four ambulances and the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene of the accident. The victims were hospitalized quite quickly, my sources in law enforcement agencies told me that two people were seriously injured, now they are in serious condition, – eyewitness Alexander Shakhaev told the NGS.
Officially, it is not reported that the victims have serious injuries.
