Aid organizations Doctors Without Borders and SOS Méditerranée have rescued 110 boat migrants off the coast of Libya. These are people who want to make the crossing from Africa to the EU on overcrowded rubber boats. The Italian authorities have designated Ancona as a port to land the people.
