Karachi: 12 people died in a huge fire in Pakistan’s Balochistan province where a gas cylinder exploded. 25 people suffered severe burns. The police said that the death toll is likely to rise. Dawn newspaper reported that the cylinder exploded while filling gas at the shop in Lasbela district on Monday.

The fire spread to other cylinders and nearby shops. Four shops were gutted. Several bikes parked nearby were also destroyed.
