According to the Korea Real Estate Agency, out of 4,685 apartment sales transactions in Ulsan from January to May this year, the number of purchases from outsiders accounted for 662 cases, accounting for 14.1% of the total.
This is a 10.9%p decrease from 25.2% in the same period last year.
