“I will do my best to devise all procedures and measures in accordance with each stage, from the National Assembly where legislation is being passed with the determination to die immediately, to the President who appoints me and has the right to promulgate and re-resolve bills, and to the Constitutional Court, which determines whether or not the Constitution is violated. will,” he added.

The Democratic Party held a general meeting of the members of the House of Representatives the day before and unanimously decided to deal with the bill related to the ‘check-and-run’ during the National Assembly in April.
The goal is to revise the Criminal Procedure Act and the Prosecutor’s Office Act to remove even the prosecutors’ authority to investigate the six major crimes (corruption, economy, public officials, elections, defense business crimes, and major catastrophes) that remained after the prosecutors and police adjusted their investigative powers.
Instead, the Democratic Party decided to postpone the enforcement of the law for at least three months, and during this period, discuss ways to prevent excessive dialogue with the police and to establish alternative investigative agencies such as the Serious Crime Investigation Agency.
