Britt Hagedorn was an integral part of the SAT1 followingnoon program. But her talk show “Britt – Der Talk um eins” was canceled in 2013 following twelve years.
Since then, the talker seems to have gone into hiding, what is Brit Hagedorn actually doing today?
The moderator deliberately withdrew from the public eye, she recently admitted in an interview with “T-Online”.
She put her television career on hold. Britt Hagedorn already had a holiday home on Mallorca. Eventually, she and her family decided to simply emigrate and live on the Spanish island full-time.
“It was important for me. I was just very tired at some point. For many years my life was just stress. And to be honest, I also missed a little time at home with the children.”
The presenter also admits that she lacks the professional challenge, but we will not see Britt Hagedorn in a new talk show, for good reason: she does not succeed in reconciling work and family, she is always “full throttle ” into a task: “For me there is either only one or the other.”
In order not to fall into a hole following her TV career, she looked for an intensive hobby: horseback riding. And she has another project in the pipeline: she is writing a book regarding communication.
